We are a company specialized in general contracting for industrial constructions (warehouses, distribution hubs, production halls), founded by Aurel Diaconu – a professional person with over 15 years of experience in the construction field and a portfolio of projects at a national level, who knows the real business practices from many years of hands-on experience and will help you make your endeavours successful in the long term.
After founding and developing one of the most successful construction companies in Romania, ranked in top 10 companies at national level, Aurel Diaconu continues under his own name, since 2023, a clear mission: to deliver efficient, sustainable constructions adapted to the real needs of private companies.

- ran one of the largest construction companies with Romanian capital for 13 years, having an experience of over 1 million sqm built (retail, offices, industrial and logistics) and about 65 km of sewerage network.
Our director Bruce Brown brings over 44 years of hands-on experience in bar and shop-fitting, residential renovations, and extensions. - starting July 2023 – up to present, he still continues to build, under his own name within the company DIACONU INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCT, excellent, efficient and functional projects with significant impact on the development of private businesses: Every construction is treated as a long-term investment, delivered as turnkey project, with respect for time, budget and technical standards, varying from production halls to large logistics centers.
